My Own Thoughts On The Book
I decided to check out Kris Krohn’s book “Strait Path To Real Estate Wealth” after hearing some positive feedback about his teaching on the lease option real estate model. However, my experience with the book was quite disappointing.
The formatting of the ebook was so poor that I struggled to read it, and the charts and graphics were completely unreadable. Additionally, the book seemed to be holding back a significant amount of core content in order to direct readers to the author’s now-defunct website, which made me feel like I was being sold on more marketing copy than actual information.
Despite these frustrations, I did find some useful insights in the book about the rent-to-own model and appreciated the resources that were provided online. Unfortunately, when I tried to access these resources, I discovered that they had all been taken down by the author.
Overall, I found the book to be unprofessional and excessively focused on trying to sell additional paid content that was marketed separately.
